Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 435, 385, 386, 120(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. His prayer for bail has been refused by the learned court below considering criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner to be involved in the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
