====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through Virtual mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 598 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons after sprinkling Kerosene Oil on the sister of the informant set her on fire due to that she died during the treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2022. She has got no

There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be the sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIth, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 598 of 2020.
