JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304B/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand by administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim herself consumed some poison and she was provided medical assistance. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. Moreover the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.
