The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 dated 12.04.2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)(a)26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Two country made pistols and 23 live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner in his absence.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case. It has also been shown to this Court that there are apparent inconsistencies between the FIR and the seizure list.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48017 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 and earlier in one case in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforestated facts, especially the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018.
