In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners considering the same in light of LPA No. 167 of 2016 and pass speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
