JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Case is under Section 498-A of IPC with the allegation of demand of motorcycle and assaulting his wife. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was earlier given benefit of Section 41(1) of Cr.P.C., as such, prayed for disposal of this application and surrender in the light of the benefit has already been granted by the police under Section 41(1) of Cr.P.C.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for
