1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of an appropriate writ, order and direction for quashing the order issued by the Special Work Officer, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar vide Memo No. 2885 dated 30/6/2023 whereby and whereunder at Serial No.- 36, petitioner has been transferred from Hajipur Sadar, Vaishali and posted to Tetiya Bambar, Munger in the eye of Administration and

Patna High Court CWJC No.11277 of 2023(2) dt.18-12-2023 2/3 quashing of order issued by the Sub- Divisional Officer, Hajipur vide Memo No. 1670 dated 4/7/2023 whereby and where under the petitioner has been relived since 4/7/2023 and petitioner has further been directed to submit her entire charge to one Sri Ajay Kumar Deepar, Supply Inspect, Hajipur Town and further may direct to the respondents to restore her duty as before which is Hajipur Sadar, Vaishali on which presently one Sri Santosh Kumar is performing his duty for which the petitioner is entitled."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
