JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 384, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of demanding extortion on the point of carbine.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no offence under Section 384 I.P.C is made out.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
