The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having attacked the informant and his family members resulting in injuries being sustained by the prosecution party. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to be one of the members of the mob and no specific overt act has been attributed to him. It is submitted that though more or less simple injury has been received by the

No.47771 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 prosecution party, however, one member of the prosecution party, namely, Shailendra Paswan is stated have received some grievous injury which is on the hand, however, the same is not attributabale to the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 11.05.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019.
