2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 1087.920 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from different vehicles in question.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the vehicles in question and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55526 of 2023(2) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 1215 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
