2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 3(5), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons, conspiring with each other, sold the land of informant on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only identifier of the sale-deed, which was executed by co-accused Deoyani Singh Bhardwaj in favour of Ajit Kumar, Gautam Singh and Pradeep Kumar on 24.09.2024, vide Deed No. 23846. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Gaya / concerned Court in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 529 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
