Patna High Court LPA No.1150 of 2016 (4) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 Court having relegated the petitioners to take recourse to the remedy available by filing a suit for declaration of such disputed question of fact which cannot be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution, we are of the considered view that the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration. The appeal is dismissed.
