The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 632 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) 34, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.05.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 42 litres of spirit was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
