JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 17-04-2017 Considering the fact that the petitioner claimed absorption on the post of Junior Accounts Clerk with effect from 24.03.2000 by filing a writ petition after period of eleven years just in the fag end of his career when he was to retire after two months, the learned Writ Court refused to interfere.

The learned Writ Court has not committed any error in dismissing the writ petition by holding that for a cause of action that

Patna High Court LPA No.682 of 2016 dt.17-04-2017 2/2 accrued in the year 2000, the writ petition filed in the year 2011 is barred by principle of delay and laches.
