2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Agaion (G) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that during immersion of idols of Goddess Saraswati, the petitioner along with others were dancing on vulgar song and when the same was objected it is alleged that the petitioner fired at the nephew of the informant but missed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51801 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 the informant. It is also submitted that no empty cartridge was recovered from the place of occurrence. No independent witness of the locality has supported the allegations as alleged in the FIR. It is also submitted that the petitioner will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Agaion (G) P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
7. Further, one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Hare Ram Singh.
8. However, it is made clear that in the event if the investigating officer of the case files an application before the learned trial court bringing to its notice that the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51801 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 3/3 despite giving assurance to this court is not co-operating in the investigation in that event the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons.
