For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority not to dispossess the writ petitioner who has been living pertaining to Khata No.107 Khesra No.341 and Khata No.19 Khesra No.342, total area 5,880 square feet.

(ii). For issuance of a direction to the private respondent no.5 to 7 not to dispossess the writ petitioner by forcely or in other illegal manner who has been living with his entire sets on the plots in the question."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
