Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A IPC later on Sections 364,302,201/34 IPC was added.
Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017. Allegation is that since the petitioner had earlier threatened to kidnap to the daughter of the informant, he was suspected that subsequently he had kidnapped and the dead body of the daughter of the informant was found from the field side. On the basis of aforesaid material, twice prayer for bail was refused to the petitioner with direction to the learned Trial Judge to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of last order dated 05.09.2018.
The report of the learned Trial Judge dated 29.06.2021 would reveal that the prosecution evidence is still at half way.

No.8505 of 2021(3) dt.24-07-2021 2/2 Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No.574 of 2017 (arising out of Rasulpur Police Station Case No.95 of 2016) with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
