This review application has been filed by the tenant petitioner against the order dated 25.04.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.4934 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that documentary evidences were annexed with the writ application as Annexure 4A series, which show that the petitioner was sending Rs.5,000/- per month by money order, have not been considered by this Court.

From perusal of the order passed by this Court, it appears that this matter was considered and moreover this relates to the merit of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, in my

Patna High Court C. REV. No.271 of 2016 (4) dt.21-09-2016 opinion, it is not a case for review. Thus, this review application is dismissed.
