JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 In view of the fact that instead of satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court, Begusarai, it was wrongly typed in the bail petition itself to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1stcum- Special Judge, Excise Court, Khagaria. The error crept in the order dated 28.062018.

In view of the correction in the pleading the order dated 28.06.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of satisfaction of learned "Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Court Khagaria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 174C2 of 2018" it should be read as to the satisfaction of learned "Additional Sessions Judge IInd- cum-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43160 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 Special Judge, Excise Court, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 174C2 of 2018."

In view of the above, order dated 28.06.2018 is modified to the extent mentioned above.
