The petitioner Sanjay Kumar @ Sanjay Kumar Rai apprehends his arrest in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Sanjay Kumar the branch manager of the bank made allegation that the petitioner submitted forged documents to get the vehicle loan. The vehicle loan was not repaid and during enquiry it was found that the documents submitted by the petitioner were forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire loan amount has already been deposited. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the loan amount has already been deposited, the petitioner is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1334 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 to surrender before the court below and the court below shall verify as to whether the entire amount has been deposited in the bank and if the entire amount is deposited in the bank then, the petitioner, in event of his surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
