Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present complaint case has been lodged after delay of 8 months without any explanation. As a matter of fact, the baby died due to Pneumonia. Petitioner has got no any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.05.2018.
