1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udakishungaj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of firing which caused injury to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. He is himself an injured. He has sustained gun shot injury and he is in custody since 14.01.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishungaj P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024.
