The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to revise his pension on a higher scale to which he is entitled.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after serving for several years, he retired from the post of Chaukidar on 31.05.2011. The petitioner, by virtue of various orders of this Court and the decision of the respondents, is entitled for revision of his pay so that

Despite the case of the petitioner having been recommended by the concerned authority, no order has yet been passed. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a suitable representation before the Director, Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3), within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such representation, shall verify the facts, ascertain the entitlement of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
