====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024, lodged under Sections 394 and 302 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the motorcycle and killed the deceased. One Rehan and other criminals were arrested. Rehan confessed that they had sold the looted motorcycle to the petitioner and one Bharat Rai. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of Bharat Rai. The number plate of the looted motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

He submits that the name of the petitioner has figured in this case due to personal grudge and local village politics. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, DistrictSitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 subject to condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at Sitamarhi Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
