====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that against the notice dated 25.06.2026 (Annexure P/1) issued by the respondent authority, the petitioner has given a suitable representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P/2) ventilating his grievance. Learned counsel submits that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by the authority duly taking into consideration that the petitioner is in possession of the subject shop and running the same.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10961 of 2026(2) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 Respondent-Municipal Corporation, Sasaram, submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the concerned authority, i.e., the Respondent No. 2 to dispose the said representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P/2) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
