The application has been filed for restoration of LPA No.374 of 2015 stating that the same has been dismissed in default for non-prosecution of the order dated 09.05.2016. It is pointed out by the Stamp Reporter and is evident from the order dated 09.05.2016 passed in LPA No.374 of 2015 that the same has been dismissed as not maintainable after referring to the decision of the Supreme Court in the matter.

In the above circumstances, the restoration application
