At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the dispute in question is being adjudicated by the learned Court of Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Munger in B.L.D.R. Case No. 07 of 2022-23, which has been filed by the petitioners, hence the same can be directed to be disposed off expeditiously.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks expeditious disposal of the aforesaid B.L.D.R. Case No. 07 of 2022-23.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Munger to consider the aforesaid case bearing B.L.D.R. Case No. 07 of 2022-23 on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
