2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, one Ram Prasad Ambasth (co-accused) had sold the ancestral land of informant to the co-accused Poonam Devi and Bharat Prasad Sah to grab his land.
4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have not cheated any one. Petitioners are only identifier of the persons who sold the said land of the informant. It is further

No.55565 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 submitted that co-accused Punam Devi @ Punam Kumari and Bharat Prasad @ Bharat Prasad Sah have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 18.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51239 of 2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above-named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
