Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 304(B) of I.P.C. was added. Petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2015. Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death.

Submission is that the trial is still lingering and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8512 of 2021(2) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.504/2017 arising out of Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No.458 of 2015 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
