Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is fully covered by the judgment of this Court as contained in Annexures-16 and 17, order dated 25.01.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13699 of 2009 and order dated 08.04.2010 passed in L.P.A. No. 656 of 2010.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9827 of 2017 (3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 Board admits the position that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgments.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner and grant similar relief to the petitioner like the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 13699 of 2009 within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
