Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22945 of 2022 wherein on account of typographical error in the petition itself i.e. father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Kakhan Yadav", instead of "Lakhan Yadav".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47712 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Lakhan Yadav", in place of "Kakhan Yadav".

Accordingly, the order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22945 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
