The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 414, 419 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on getting information that people are being cheated by running a scheme. A raid was led, when one Vikash Kumar was apprehended, who suggested the name of other person who escaped from the scene as Shiv Shankar. The above apprehended accused suggested the name of other persons including the petitioners which led to recovery of SIM cards and other materials from the other accused persons.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23045 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 petitioners that except the confessional statement of coaccused nothing is on record against the petitioners. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44815 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
