The deponent has tendered unqualified apology for having passed an order beyond the time

On going through the order (Annexure-A) it appears the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected setting out reasons therefor. The apology tendered by the opposite parties is accepted. The order passed on the writ petition stands complied.

The contempt application is dismissed.
