JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents through virtual mode. The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

For issuance of writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to command the respondent/authorities to pay the following dues amount with compound interest forthwith:- (i) Contributory Provident Fund Amount (Account No BR/3649/264) allotted by E.P.F.O. Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11177 of 2017(7) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 (ii) Gratuity due amount.

(iii) Unutilized Earned Leave Encashment amount of 300 days.

(iv) Due amount of salary since 01.10.1992 to 21.09.2006.

It has been submitted on behalf of respondent nos. 5 and 6 that the issue has already been decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 177 of 2018 under order dated 08.10.2018.

The present writ application is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 177 of 2018 under order dated 08.10.2018.
