ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2018 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.135 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.2393 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by Mannu Giri, who with an ulterior motive has implicated the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the father of the petitioner has some dispute with the said

It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrested not from the place of occurrence but from his own house. He further submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and as such, may be extended the privilege of bail.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has a clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.
