ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-10-2015 The petitioner seeks transfer of the Matrimonial Case (Divorce Case) No. 117 of 2013 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger where the petitioner is residing. On the last occasion notices had been issued to the O.P. No. 2 but none appears on his behalf.

I see no reason for entertaining the prayer. The application is disposed off with direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
