JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 24.07.2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in Barh P.S. Case No. 343 of 2013 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available
