JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had applied for grant of arms licence of NP Bore Rifle on 18.10.2006 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Patna (respondent no.2) to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
