ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the year of the Police Station Case Number which has been wrongly typed in the prayer portion of the present petition. The petitioner has been in custody since 05.06.2018 in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 147/341/323/324/ 379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is of having assaulted one Pappu Kumar by a Danda and iron-rod. It is further submitted that the injuries alleged to have been inflicted by the petitioner on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46101 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 said Pappu Kumar have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017.
