2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes statement at the Bar that during the pendency of the present petition, final form has been submitted exonerating the petitioner with observation, however, that in case any material is found against her, investigation of the case would resume.

4. In the above view of the matter, there is evidently no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. The bail petition accordingly stands disposed.
