Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five

Case No. 63 of 2019, G.R. No. 569 of 2019.
