ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Phulwarisharif P.S. case No.716 of 2013 registered under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna. In view of the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioners that they had conspired with the main assailant and they have criminal antecedents of equally serious nature, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioners to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
