The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 188 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the petitioners joined in the year 2013 as Panchayat Secretary and the charge of records of the year 200304 was not given to them and, thus, they could not produce the records. In fact, there is no date etc. has been stated in the FIR anywhere as to the records of which year were required. It is also contended that there was no appointment of Primary Teacher after the joining of the petitioners.

Case No.11 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
