1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 dated 11.05.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 379, 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Mr. Akash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of Lathi and there is no allegation of having inflicted Lathi blow repeatedly and in the order impugned there is discussion of injury report of the informant which goes to show that the informant sustained simple injuries. It is further submitted that

It is also submitted that the petitioner has got fair and clean antecedent and two persons, namely, Anil Singh and Ramji Singh, who have been named in the F.I.R., have been granted anticipatory bail by trial court vide A.B.P. No. 1473 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024.
4. Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State and Ms. Priya Kumar, learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner. It is submitted by the informant's counsel that against this petitioner, there is serious allegation and he caused head injury to the informant.

Having considered the submissions herein noted above and mainly taking into account the nature of injuries of the informant discussed in the impugned order and also, the nature of allegation appearing against this petitioner coupled with his fair and clean antecedent, in my opinion, it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of
