JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents regarding his qualification. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that the alleged certificates of petitioners have been duly issued by respective Education Council. Mr. Rana Vikram Singh, Learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance department, vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that after enquiry it was
