The petitioners being the parents, brother and brother-in-law of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's sister Mamta Devi was killed after 14 years of marriage and her dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per own accusation of the informant, he is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24104 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 not an eye witness of the occurrence. Only on suspicion entire in-laws family including the petitioners have been implicated in the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
