This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 15.12.2015 passed in Arer P.S. Case No.135 of 2013 (G.R. No.3144 of 2013) by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Benipatti for the offence under Sections 409/464/468/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
