Case No. 61 of 2013 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153-A, 295, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 435 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
