2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(i)(a) of Arms Act.

3. The photograph of the petitioner brandishing a country-made pistol became viral. Similarly, the photograph of co-accused Rahul Kumar also became viral. On the basis of that photograph, the petitioner and co-accused Rahul Kumar have been made accused.

4. None appears on behalf of the petitioner whereas the learned APP for the State is in appearance.

5. The investigating officer of this case is in appearance and has filed his affidavit. His physical appearance

6. The learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that one witness namely Arun Sah identified the petitioner and other accused persons whose statement has been recorded in paragraph no. 6 of the case diary.

7. It appears that except that photograph, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

8. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
