Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 8.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47238 of 2017. There is recovery of 33.850 gram of Ganja and 12.190 gram of smack.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady and she has remained in custody for more than one year but up-till-now not a single witness has been examined in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46850 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District Judge-IIIrd Special Judge, Patna in connection with Sultanganj P.S.Case no.157 of 2017 with condition that she has to appear before the learned trial court as and when required, otherwise her bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
